Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga offers the time to go deep into your body holding posses for long periods (up to 5 minutes) with slower movements between enhancing joint mobility and flexibility; perfect for healing the body's connective tissues.

This class is a therapeutic one and will compliment the energetic 'yang' styles of yoga to help you to balance an active lifestyle; an excellent option for athletes. Yin practice can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses.

You need to experience this to really know what Yin Yoga is all about. After you have experienced it, even just once, you will realize that you have been doing only half of the asana practice! Pure bliss!

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is an energetic, vigorous, practice that blends strength and flexibility in a class that thoroughly tones the body and disciplines the mind. A series of yoga postures are done in sync with the breath, magically flowing from one movement into the next.

The results include enhanced physical strength and endurance, improved flexibility and a calm and focused mind. Suitable for all.

Foundations Yoga
Restorative and transformative class encompassing a balance of core strength and flexibility postures and sequences to regain optimum health, vitality and peace of mind. This class establishes a strong foundation to support an evolving yoga practice. Ideal for the beginners.

Yoga & Meditation
A meditative yoga practice to take the awareness into the body to relieve stress and mental over activity. Breathing practices to clear and open the energy system. A longer meditation or relaxation to connect in with the higher aspects of self. This class is suitable for all levels of experience.

No experience necessary for any of the classes. Foundations Yoga offers a great introduction to the basics.

No need to book for any classes, just come along casually and all equipment provided.



$15 per class.
$80 for 6 class pass.
$90 for a month unlimited pass.
